Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At ZeroSpace, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Used or damaged products not caused by our error

Items not in their original condition or packaging

Items purchased on sale or discount
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or wallet
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing may take a few days

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@zerospace.pk
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please ship it to: Office # 3-4, Ground Floor, Gujjar Plaza Bharakahu, Islamabad.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
For higher-value items, we recommend:

We do not guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
